Rhythmical movements for release and energising.
This deeply enjoyable and gentle form of bodywork combines movements of stretching, uplifting and rotating with a continuous rhythmic rocking for joint release, including movements for the neck, spine, ribs and limb joints. It also covers arm movements that can be used to promote release in the shoulder girdle and upper back, and leg movements to release the lower back. The regularity of the background rhythm creates a sense of ease and flow.
The effects of pulsing occur below the level of conscious awareness and will continue to be felt for some while after the session. Whatever is present is allowed to surface without in any way forcing or breaking down resistances.
